International Championship: Draw, schedule & results

The International Championship was snooker's seventh ranking event of the 2016 season, taking place at the Baihu Media Broadcasting Centre in Daqing, China and running from October 23-30.

John Higgins was the defending champion after defeating David Gilbert last season but the likes of Ronnie O'Sullivan, Mark Selby, Judd Trump and Ding Junhui were among the other star names bidding to deny him repeat success.

In the end it came down to a repeat of last May's world championship final between Selby and Junhui.
