Super League play-offs fixtures & betting odds as bookies make Castleford favourites for Grand Final glory

Check out the odds, statistics, head-to-head records and season standings ahead of tonight's Super League Grand Final between Castleford and Leeds.

Castleford Tigers will take on Leeds Rhinos in the Grand Final at Old Trafford on October 7 after the top two sides in the regular season both came through thrilling play-off semi-finals.

Free-scoring Castleford trail-blazed their way to a first League Leaders' crown in their 91-year history with four games to spare last month and finished the campaign with 25 wins from 30 games and a stunning points difference of +429, which was a whopping 284 points better than their nearest challengers on that front in St Helens.

However, it was about to count for nothing when they trailed Saints 22-20 in the dying seconds of an absorbing semi-final at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle only for Luke Gale to come to the rescue with a match-levelling penalty before kicking the Golden Point in extra-time.

They now have the chance to win a maiden Super League title in their first ever Grand Final but standing in their way are seven-time champions Leeds, who defeated Challenge Cup winners Hull 18-16 at Headingley.

The other huge issue in the post-season has now been decided, with Catalans Dragons defeating Leigh in the dreaded 'Million-Pound Game' to retain their Super League status. The Centurians must drop into the Kingstone Press Championship.

Here's the results from the post-season, Sky Bet's match and title odds, head-to-head records - plus a look at how the regular season standings finished.
