Forecasts

Clay (3/1), Port Or Starboard (6/1), Wells Glory (6/1), Mutual Respect (13/2), Watchoutitscookie (7/1), Gorcombe Moonshine (9/1), Prince Rhinegold (10/1), Looking For Larry (12/1), Ballygoe (12/1), Talimar Pearl (16/1), Jacks Orchard (20/1), Girandole (22/1), Flamenco De Kerser (28/1), Presgrave (33/1), Army Of One (33/1), Tally's Son (150/1)

Verdict

Though he needs to brush up on his jumping, MUTUAL RESPECT is clearly up to winning off this sort of mark judged on his latest effort at Huntingdon (probably would've won had he not unseated rider 2 out). He gets the nod ahead of Clay, who should appreciate returning to this trip after finding 19f too much of a test at Taunton. Recent C&D scorer Prince Rhinegold and Port Or Starboard are other likely players, while Jacks Orchard is worth a second look in the betting.

  1. MUTUAL RESPECT (IRE)
  2. CLAY
  3. PRINCE RHINEGOLD (IRE)
