A bitterly disappointing turnout numerically with the racecourse executive no doubt frustrated by a lack of runners from the northern-based trainers. Supremely Lucky was rated 3lb ahead of JUST YOUR TYPE over hurdles, and made a pleasing start to his chasing career at Worcester (has the advantage of race-fitness). However, the Charlie Longsdon-trained runner gets the nod on the basis that he's been highly tried over fences (contested the Eider Chase and the 4m National Hunt Chase at the Cheltenham Festival). Hopefully his jumping (an achilles heel) will stand up to scrutiny in this match race.
