Forecasts

Someone Exciting (5/1), Searanger (11/2), Cupid's Arrow (13/2), Ninjago (7/1), Brockey Rise (10/1), Coastal Drive (11/1), Billy Wedge (11/1), Gift In Time (12/1), Jacob's Pillow (14/1), Vallarta (14/1), Gilmer (16/1), Parion (16/1), Spirit Power (20/1), Dark Confidant (28/1), Ad Vitam (33/1), Nifty Niece (50/1)

Verdict

Plenty of these have profiles which are less that sound and with the vagaries of the draw thrown in at Thirsk this makes for less than appetising betting heat. Cupid’s Arrow would have to be in the mix if stall 1 doesn’t hamper his aspirations with former C&D winner Brockey Rise another under consideration although a low draw does leave some doubts. Searanger needs to find some form but is nicely weighted if he does with Vallarta another who holds a similar profile. SOMEONE EXCITING has shown enough this year to expect a forward showing this year with a draw in stall 13 not expected to be a hindrance. Jacob’s Pillow another to take note of if he can repeat his recent performance over C&D.
  1. Someone Exciting
  2. Cupid's Arrow
  3. Jacob's Pillow
