This could again be a good piece of plotting by the 'Middleham Maestro' Mark Johnston, as ROCK UP IN STYLE looks the percentage call in a tricky little handicap. The Showcasing colt looks a reformed character after being gelded and may be able to cope with the 4lb higher mark he carries for winning last time out. Fanfaronade has done better since tackling this sort of trip, he is rated as the best alternative to the selection. Agent Basterfield is another to bear in mind if he's supported in the betting for this first run in a handicap.
