Forecasts

Miss Crick (5/4), Alderbrook Lad (3/1), Brave Spartacus (9/2), The Clock Leary (13/2), Boa Island (7/1)

Verdict

At least two of these arrive here with something to prove but both Brave Spartacus and Alderbrook Lad are hard to write off on a course where they have shown some of their best form and the duo are both C&D winners. They both will have come on for their recent runs although with similar preferred run styles (prominent/front-running) they may set this up for the chasing handicap debutante MISS CRICK. She’s not been able to match her hurdles form so far over fences but this going handicapping will surely see her in a better light. Both The Clock Leary and Boa Island have plenty to prove.
  1. Miss Crick
  2. Alderbrook Lad
  3. Brave Spartacus
