Richard Fahey guides us through his team for Sunday

Our columnist fired in a double at Chester on Saturday. Now check out his thoughts on his Sunday team.

SUNDAY

2.00 Curragh – Mr Lupton

I hope this is a case of horses for courses as he won the Greenlands Stakes over course-and-distance last year. He took a while to find his stride this term but he looked to be coming back to form when third in the Great St Wilfrid last time which was great to see.

2.30 Wolverhampton – Mr Gus

He’s in the sales next week but is having no luck with the draw. He finished fifth from a wide berth at Lingfield last time and is out in 11 again here. He’ll need luck.

3.35 Wolverhampton – More Than Lucky

He’s been disappointing in his four races so far but works better than a 55-rated horse at home and showed a little more here last time. I’d hope for better.

5.15 Curragh – Shark Two One

He’s a horse I like a lot and he might just have run into one when second to Legal Attack at Newmarket last time. We have the right man on board here with Colin Keane and I’m really looking forward to seeing him run.
