German Darts Championship 2020: Draw, schedule, results, odds & TV coverage details


The full results from the German Darts Championship, which took place at Halle 39 in Hildesheim from September 25-27.

The second event of this season's PDC's European Tour season took place six months after the first as 48 players competed for a total prize fund of £140,000 in Germany.

Michael van Gerwen was favourite despite his recent inconsistency and after he crashed out at the hands of Mervyn King, it was Devon Petersen who went onto become the first ever African winner of a PDC ranking event.

Michael van Gerwen is 5/2 favourite for glory this weekend while world champion Peter Wright is 9/2 ahead of Gerwyn Price at 5/1.

Nathan Aspinall is next in the running at 11/1, with Glen Durrant and Michael Smith the only other players under 20/1.

Format

All games up to, and including, the quarter-finals, are the best of 11 legs. The semi-finals are the best of 13 legs and the final is the best of 15 legs.
