Verdict

GRAN LUNA was not exactly impressive in landing the odds on her Newbury hurdle debut, but she's since had a wind operation and the likelihood is that she will leave that form well behind. Martello Sky made a winning start in this sphere at Fakenham and can improve, especially if brushing up on her jumping. Marada is also respected returning from a break, despite shouldering a double penalty.
