Verdict

A well-above average maiden with the vote going to TOSHIZOU, who finished off the race with plenty with purpose when third starting out at Leopardstown in July, a contest that has worked out really well. Baseman and Matchless are a pair of superbly-bred newcomers for powerful connections so must command respect.

  1. TOSHIZOU (IRE)
