Verdict

STATE CROWN hails from a yard in form and shaped nicely when third on only his second start at Doncaster 1m2f last month. The step up in trip and switch to handicap company look a sensible move. The consistent Glenties seem sure to again give a good account of himself and could go close, and Elham Valley, dropping back in trip, is another who deserves plenty of respect. Colonize might easily take a step forward from his reappearance effort and is feared, while French Asset is taking time to get the hang of things but there appears to a fair amount of ability there.
