Pavers Pride (13/8), Star Citizen (9/4), Lady Celia (13/2), Shesadabber (15/2), Lord Of The Glen (12/1), Grandma (12/1), Summer Heights (22/1), Corton Lass (25/1), Beignet (66/1)

Verdict
A low-grade sprint handicap to start an equally modest card although with three last time out winners this has more depth to it than many contests of this ilk. It’s one of the non-winners last time out that is the suggestion in the shape of PAVERS PRIDE who ought to be able to reverse Hamilton form with Shesadabber (winner again since) if he starts the race on level terms this time around. Paul Midgley’s sprinter has been knocking on the door of late and has most to fear from Star Citizen an easy winner over C&D last Monday. He’s well handicapped but the cheekpieces do need to work again under a 4lb penalty. Lady Celia may find this a little too sharp, a return to 6f would suit her better.
