Verdict

Leading contender MAJOR POWER won for the second time over C&D when landing a 5K handicap last month off an 8lb lower mark beating Masalai 1¾L in the 14 runner contest and can land the spoils once again for trainer Edward Lynam at the expense of stablemate and C&D winner Masalai and the Joseph O'Brien-trained Will Be King who continues to run well in defeat. Fit For Function who ran wide most of the way on latest start last month and Mulzamm should not be underestimated despite their big prices.
  1. Major Power
  2. Masalai
  3. Fit For Function
