Sam's Gunner is interesting as he makes his belated seasonal reappearance, though he is still 10lb above his last winning mark. The duo to focus on are Mr Scrumpy and BIG BAD BEAR. The former is better off with Storm Rising after the pair recent meeting. He should make a bold bid to regain the winning thread. However, preference is for the latter who represents the bang in-form Nicky Richards stable and can make a winning handicap debut after showing plenty of promise in winning a pair of novice hurdles.
