Verdict

Winner of this race last year, ARCTIC PEARL looks set to make it two wins in two years. He was an eye-catching stayer on his seasonal reappearance and looks well treated in the weights off his current mark. If he strips fitter for this outing he could prove to be tough to beat. Burlesque Queen is an improving sort and has age on her side but will need to improve off her current mark, while the likes of Treacyenniscorthy and Andalusa have encouraging form and could make their presence felt once again in this company.
