Verdict

Few of these appeal as well handicapped or open to a great deal of improvement but one who could tick both boxes is the Roger Varian trained DARING VENTURE who ran a race full of promise on return latest; her only previous win came over C&D too. In current form Captain Dion has to be a big player with his score at Catterick last time all the more impressive given he's probably better still over this trip. Also on the shortlist is Broughtons Flare who was a close second over C&D latest.
  1. Daring Venture
  2. Captain Dion
  3. Broughtons Flare
