The Butcher Said, Smackwater Jack and EVA’S OSKAR are a trio of 5yo’s that all have something going for them although the first two named have something to prove over this trip and it’s the final member of that trio whose chosen to make his light weight and progressive nature count as he bids to complete a four-timer. Eminent Poet can’t be left out of calculations with the handicapper starting to relent while Vieux Lion Rouge is nicely handicapped returning to hurdles.
