An interesting and open looking Listed contest. Dan Skelton is responsible for 2 of the 7 declared runners, including the prolific winner Longhouse Sale who unfortunately lost his unbeaten career record in the Summer Handicap Hurdle at Market Rasen. Freshened up by a short break (92 days), it would come as no real surprise if he were to resume winning ways (has decisively beaten Golden Taipan in the past). However, we'll elect to row-in with the Jamie Snowden-trained PACIFY. Unbeaten over hurdles so far (4-4), he has no reason whatsoever to be fearful of tackling sterner opposition around this predominately flat track.
