Verdict

PERFECT SWISS hacked up over C&D recently and under a 6lb penalty (is due a 12lb rise) rates as nigh impossible to oppose. It's very difficult indeed to envisage a scenario where either Rebel State (second) or Gunnison (fourth) is able to reverse those placings. In terms of seeking a better priced each-way alternative, the C&D proven three-year-old Klipperty Klopp makes more appeal than the vast majority despite remaining a 15-race maiden. Of the remainder, Ann Duffield's Troop has more than held his own at a lowly level since returning from a 14-month absence earlier this calendar year.
