Verdict

A lot depends on how much a busy little period has taken out of Firenze Rosa, as she's been kept busy while the ground is in her favour. The filly holds a handful of these on the form of last month's C&D success and should again make a bold bid if she is turned out again quickly under her 5lb penalty (ran a blinder to be second at Bath on Wednesday). However, OCEAN TEMPTRESS, who ran well in her only previous start in blinkers, also appeals on these terms and the well handicapped mare is the preferred suggestion on grounds of anticipated each-way value this time. Mad Endeavour and Pharoh Jake are others to bear in mind.
  1. Ocean Temptress
  2. Firenze Rosa
  3. Mad Endeavour
