Forecasts

Hammy End (3/1), Luck Of Clover (9/2), Manucci (6/1), Ascot Day (7/1), Tiar Na Nog (8/1), Bug Boy (10/1), Beer With The Boys (12/1), Bombero (12/1), Galactic Spirit (16/1), Love And Be Loved (16/1), Sherwood Forrester (16/1), Enmeshing (28/1), Maroc (50/1)

Verdict

The majority of the form on display isn’t of the most solid variety and even the consistent form figures of Hammy End can be knocked on the back of his weak finishing efforts and it may be that he’ll nestle in the frame again without winning. Manucci would probably have had a few pounds less in the handicap were it not for his effort last time and that mark of 70 may just anchor his initial handicap attempt. Luck Of Clover is another who looks happier collecting place money so it’s TIAR NA NOG with Oisin Murphy back on board who gets the vote having been slightly eased in grade. If the blinkers work Bombero would be of interest while Galactic Spirit has a race of this nature in him.
  1. Tiar Na Nog
  2. Hammy End
  3. Manucci
