Verdict

A race in which the usually course performers excel in, preference is for FRENCH MIX, who has rarely put a foot wrong over C&D - including in the Ladies' Derby - and while her form suggests she may be inconsistent she should be on a going day in this. Allegiant is the main danger given his progression this season but the steep rise in the weights is a concern while Ashazuri has excelled at this track so far and could fight for minor honours with the relatively unexposed Fairy Tale.
