Verdict

CLEONTE doesn't look like he's finished progressing just yet and the drop back in trip after his Royal Ascot success last time looks as if it won't pose any problems given his useful turn of foot. Irish raider Falcon Eight is an obvious danger in first-time headgear and Dermot Weld's runners should always be respected when sent over to the UK. Mekong needs to bounce back from a poor run at York and he's a player if he handles this quick ground.
