Verdict

Shadwell stud run two debutants here and both represent top yards so the fact that Jim Crowley selects DALAALAAT makes it quite reasonable to think this well bred colt can be more than useful representing a trainer who does particularly well with two-year-olds. Barristan The Bold sets the form standard and he will appreciate 1m but a 7lb penalty leaves him vulnerable against several interesting newcomers. Voltaic is one of several runners crying out for further and he could easily improve on his two thirds now tackling 1m.
  1. Dalaalaat
  2. Barristan The Bold
  3. Voltaic
