Verdict

PERCY VEER can recover from a last hurdle blunder last time when he was giving the improving Dinons - completed a hat-trick at Sedgefield on Thursday - a run for his money at Killarney last month and land the spoils here, seeing off the attentions of the Gordon Elliott-trained Serious Ego, Macgiloney and, in what looks a competitive contest, Margaret Mullins' Salty Boy. Bumper winner Brooks Falls is deserving of a second look on hurdling introduction.
