Forecasts

Finnegan's Garden (5/2), Vicenzo Mio (5/2), Pembroke House (11/4), Bagging Turf (7/2), Changing The Guard (20/1)

Verdict

Despite being 5lb wrong at the weights FINNEGAN'S GARDEN gets the vote having run respectably in all six stars this campaign. The presence of a highly regarded young rider (who is 1-4 for the yard) more than catches the eye. Pembroke House is entitled to respect but might again find one or two too good for him, so a bigger danger could be Vicenzo Mio, more than good enough if able to recapture something close to his best form. Bagging Turf and Changing the Guard have been disappointing, but in these conditions cannot be completely ruled out of contention.
  1. Finnegan's Garden
  2. Vicenzo Mio
  3. Pembroke House
