Verdict

Terrefort commands serious respect having effortlessly won on his British debut at Huntingdon last month. He could be very useful and connections are well versed in collecting this prize - Nicky Henderson is after a sixth win since 2010, while owners Simon Munir and Isaac Souede have accounted for the previous three victors. Despite that, the performance of CYRNAME in winning the Wayward Lad Novices' Chase at Kempton was quite taking. He looks a smart prospect for the Nicholls team and may take some stopping going up in trip. Kalondra gave weight and a beating to a decent duo last time and shouldn't be dismissed too quickly while West Approach will appreciate this drop in trip and his yard are in much better fettle than when last spotted.
