Verdict

A devilishly difficult riddle to solve. Richard Fahey has won two of the last 10 runnings and his best chance this time looks to be through topweight Growl, who has claims if able to get back to his Goodwood form from August. David O'Meara trained last year's winner and he might just be able to repeat the dose with AL QAHWA, who is in good form and if he can respond to cheekpieces he could have the edge. Stake Acclaim can do just that, while others to consider include Hoof It, Nameitwhatyoulike, Golden Apollo, Eqtiraan and Edward Lewis.
  1. Al Qahwa
  2. Golden Apollo
  3. Nameitwhatyoulike
