The Paul Nicholls trained CHALLICO is a half-brother to another former Alex Dunn trained inmate (Blu Cavalier; who runs for the stable in the opener), and there was plenty to like about his debut bumper success here in May 2016. Whilst he has hurdles to clear this afternoon, and softer ground to encounter as well as a whole host of promising rivals to overcome including Good Man Pat and Master Work, he can put that valuable course experience to use over a slightly longer trip which should help to see him in an even stronger light.
