The former almost took advantage of his low mark at Kempton last time where the eventual winner was the beneficiary of an opportunistic ride. The hood is not guaranteed to have the same effect again and on this occasion he faces a rival who is due to go up a further 3lb in future handicaps. TACTICAL MANOEUVRE earned that much higher rating having scored with some authority at Exeter last time. Having only had 11 runs in two years there is room for more to come.
