Rebecca Menzies has got a good record with others' cast-offs, so a win for Dingo Bay would not surprise, though the suggestion here at what might be a decent price is OSCAR LATEEN. Victor Thompson was on the verge of handing in his cards as a trainer, but has had a change of heart since then and that has coincided with better form by his inmates. Admittedly, this nine-year-old has to put some poor form behind him, but the forecast ground suits and he is 2lb below a previous C&D win. Anitopia has been given a bit of time since his last run and he too could be worth a place again, though do keep an eye on the market regarding Treat Yourself.
