Verdict

THE CARETAKER can land the spoils in the closing race of the day to build on his promising third of 11 beaten 3l on debut run over C&D last month. The Mukhadram gelding can win at the second attempt for trainer/jockey combination of Gordon Elliott and Jamie Codd ahead of Hardwired who finished fourth behind the selection last time. A whole host of debutantes should not be underestimated here including San Salvador for trainer Joseph O'Brien and the Henry De Bromhead-trained Cool Petra.
