Richard Fahey guides us through his team for Newcastle and Kempton on Tuesday

A busy day for our columnist with runners at Newcastle and Kempton, including his first two-year-olds of the campaign. Check out his guide.

1.20 Newcastle - Irreverent

He came back in later than most but has done very well over the winter. I'm just a fraction worried he's going to need the run here but he looks fantastic and is in great order. His work has been good, I just hope we've done enough.

1.35 Kempton - Sootability

The trip will suit her and she doesn't like quick ground so we're keen to give her a spin on the all-weather. She looks an absolute picture right now.

1.55 Newcastle - Bravo Faisal

He's quite nice. We gelded him over the winter and he returns in what looks a very warm contest. He's a very consistent horse and hasn't run a bad race for us. We're pleased with him going into this.

1.55 Newcastle - Custodian

This is a horse I like a lot and we think the handicapper has been very fair with an opening mark of 83. He's progressive and I'd like to think he might be one for the Britannia at Royal Ascot, but we need to see how he goes here and work our way forward from there.

2.30 Newcastle - Cosmic Law

He had a few little issues and has been off for ages but we're happy with him again now. He's fit and well but a mark of 97 looks tough enough and I just fear the weight might beat him.

2.30 Newcastle - Gabrial The Wire

He ran some very good races over six and seven furlongs and I think this race will suit him. He's a big horse though and I'm a little worried he might come on for it but if a lack of fitness doesn't catch him out, I think he'll run well.

2.30 Newcastle - Growl

He's capable on his day even if he's not getting any younger but he's rated 98 and I think that's as far as he can go in terms of his mark nowadays. If he wins I'd be delighted but a little surprised.

3.05 Newcastle - Strike Red

This is a cracking horse. I love him. He's working well and it's just a shame we haven't been able to get the two-year-olds away to work on grass this spring. All their work has been here at Musley Bank in twos and threes. This fellow has been shaping very well.

3.40 Newcastle - Internationaldream

I'd nominated him as our Brocklesby horse so he was clearly sharp and quite an early type. I'm happy enough with him, he's in good order and has been ready to run for a while. I'd like to see him go well too.

4.15 Newcastle - Imperial Butterfly

She's a lovely filly with a great attitude. She's a real pro and has shown plenty of speed in her work. I'd be disappointed if she doesn't run a decent race and she could even win on what we've seen at home. It just needs to happen on the day.

4.50 Newcastle - Samara Bay

A typical early type, who was pencilled in to go to Redcar very early on in the season and has been sat her waiting to get going. This race will do her no harm but she's very honest and tries hard.

5.05 Kempton - Kensington Art

A bit further would probably suit him but he's very fit and very well and if this turns into a stamina test could go well.

5.25 Newcastle - Gabrial The One

He stays well and ran over just about every trip at Chester - he's only raced away from the Roodee three times. He's very consistent and as a result doesn't have much in hand of the handicapper but is ready to start out.

5.40 Kempton - My Sister Jo

I've been pleased with her. She was a late maturing filly and one who benefited from the lockdown as she's done exceptionally well over the last few months. The handicapper has given her a bit a chance and I hope she runs well here although this has proved to be my bogey track. I don't have a great record at Kempton.

6.00 Newcastle - Arctic Fox

She won three last season but just lost her way a little at the back-end. She's going well at home and could go well if she's ready to start progressing again.

6.00 Newcastle - Society Red

A grand horse but I just wonder if he's really an all-weather horse. He's had one previous go on the surface but we'll try again as he's ready to roll.
